The assignment

In cooperation with the customer, Adding was in charge for the planning and management of the site in Singapore, including preparation of a time schedule, HSE manual (Health, Safety and Environment), hiring of local labor for HSE, QA/QC and Doc Control, controlling of economy on site and payout of food allowances.
